Adrian founded AHR in 2014 after more than 15 years of business experience and leadership in large community programs, with a vision to make quality Human Resources and Industrial Relations support accessible, affordable, and genuinely useful for organisations that don’t have an in-house HR team.
Adrian has spent years working closely with business owners, managers, and teams to simplify the complex world of HR — from recruitment, performance, and workplace culture, to compliance, workplace safety, investigations, and termination processes. He’s known for his practical, easy-to-understand advice and hands-on support that takes pressure off busy leaders so they can focus on their core business goals.
Before founding Assurance HR, Adrian was a top-performing sales professional in Christian Community Radio, where he spent 3.5 years in sales and became recognised as one of the station’s most successful sales people to date. That experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by media and community-focused organisations — from managing teams and shifting schedules to balancing compliance with a people-centred culture.
